Wrestling at Hart’s Club is a great way for current and former wrestlers, to get back in or stay in wrestling shape. This program is filled with like-minded, hardworking members with great attitudes, strong desire and work ethic. We accept anyone that can keep up with this standard with humbleness.
Anyone who has wrestled, or trained any grappling art knows the benefits of this type of training compared to standard gyms.
Although weights do have their place in sports training, wrestling and grappling shape are much different than hitting the gym weights!
